While driving my son to school one day, in the dead of winter, I decided that I was done with the cold and the snow. I asked him if he would like to move to Florida, and enjoy the sunshine and beaches, instead of the frozen tundra we call Wisconsin. Well, needless to say, here we are. I am sure many of you can relate. Tough decision, I know!

Back in Wisconsin I owned property preservation company. We maintained homes for banks like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. I was in charge of finding what was wrong with the homes, and fixing them. Since relocating, I now focus on just finding any problems.

I abide by the interNACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. I will do a thorough inspection of the house in order to give you the piece of mind knowing that one of your biggest purchases is a sound investment. Upon completion, you will receive an electronic inspection report stating all major and minor issues. Also, during the inspection, some home maintenance tips will be explained to help prolong the life of your new home and it’s components.

With over ten years experience finding problems with new and old homes, I will do my best to find everything that is problematic in your future home.
